Cristina Rigman


Cristina is a team member since 2003, and has held various positions within our organization during this period. From general management responsibilities to strategic development work, project and program development, project writing, managing the external relations of Pro Vobis, and consulting.

Starting October 2015 Cristina holds the position of President of the European Volunteer Center – CEV, the representation structure of volunteer centers and volunteer development agencies across Europe, an organization that Pro Vobis has been affiliated since 2001. She has maintained this position even after leaving the executive team in March 2017, continuing as a volunteer to represent Pro Vobis in the CEV’s decision-making forum. Cristina is a graduate of a Master in Public Services Management and Community Development at Babes-Bolyai University, Faculty of Political Science, Administrative and Communication Sciences.

Her professional development combines the practical work of management, organizational development and influencing public policies with research on civil society issues, civic participation, democratization, volunteering, social responsibility, analysis, influence and development of public policies.
